Description:

The work and collaboration of Dental Task Force II and Mid-Iowa Community Health Committee has resulted in a plan to implement a two-fold dental intervention for Story County. The county has limited access for uninsured and underinsured children and elderly. The intervention includes: (1) a county-wide dental assessment and education project and (2) a fixed community dental clinic staffed by volunteer dentists.
