In Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Local Funding Partnerships (LFP), agencies that typically do not work together often join forces with funders, public entities, and established and emerging community groups to form uncommon connections and find effective solutions to local health challenges. By adding the resources of a large, national foundation—offering training and technical assistance as well as funds, we hope to lay the groundwork for local collaborations to forge a lasting enterprise.
